PER-machines: fast and economically

For more than 50 years we have experience with the construction and development of BÖWE of PER-machines. So you can use all advantages of this classical solvent with the good feeling that you have everything with gust incoming goods machines in the grasp. The new machines of the 6th generation, which we can offer due to most modern finishing technique (flow assembly), modular construction and the use of standardised building groups to favourable prices too much, are particularly economical also in the enterprise. With the new sensor „low level “, which power optimized Drying system and an intelligent process technique could we the energy consumption over up to 25% lower. And with the employment of the adsorption plant SLIMSORBA you save with drying up to 30% cooling water.

Ready for different applications

The P21, P26 and P30 have three self-cleaning tanks and can optionally with a second Öko disk filter ausge to become. Like that you are particularly flexible straight with the cleaning of different commodity. Sprühgerät, second dosing equipment, fleet radiator over cold weather - those are only some the interesting special equipments.

Basic Equipment & Options 

Power Drying System
The BÖWE power Drying system was continued to optimize by the new aerodynamic air duct of the 6th generation. They receive so completely protruding drying results and incomparably short charge times. The careful drying process affects also goods loss and goods grasp and facilitates so your handle work.


Variable-speed drive and EBS
We have increased the extraction speed of the perc machines. Extraction is now done at a speed
of up to 500 rpm as a standard. The BÖWE P21/26/30 perc machines are equipped with a variable speed drive and EBS® (Electronic Balancing System) as standard so imbalances during extraction are avoided electronically; you can perform extraction without any problems even if the machine is not fully loaded. The variable speed drive with its infinitely variable speed control provides for a gentle cleaning cycle that can be individually adjusted for any type of garments.


Comfort with Maintenance
Cleaning intervals for the filters are unusually extended, due to the especially large main and matching secondary lint filters. The three standard tanks and water separator are self-cleaning. Optionally the machines are also available with a self-cleaning button trap. BÖWE’s internationally unique automatic emission free still rake out system utilises a physical / chemical principle that guarantees that the residues are pumped off practically without any solvent.
 

High-Capacity Control ConfoTronic PL
The ConfoTronic PL offers a variety of possibilities for individual adjustment to various tasks and guarantees a safe, efficient, and variable operation of the machine. The control can easily be updated by reading from a standard MMC or SD card.

Maintenance made easy with IMS (Interactive Maintenance System)
IMS - what does that mean? These are automatic maintenance programs, as well as two additional multi-maintenance programs, that bundle maintenance steps and intelligently have them run  simultaneously. The machine shows when maintenance is required and certain maintenance cycles like e.g. filter maintenance are performed without any manual interference. However, you do not have to worry about losing control over your machine. The machine only provides suggestions, but you decide when maintenance is performed.
